2 Brothers on the 4th Floor ist eine niederländische Musikgruppe, die in den frühen neunziger Jahren 1990 von den Brüdern Martin und Bobby Boer. Die dritte Single »Never Alone« war die erste, die mit dem Rapper D-Rock und dem Sänger Des'Ray veröffentlicht und war ihre erste Single, die mit Gold ausgezeichnet wurde.
Der Song »Dreams«, der auch der Titelsong des ersten Albums der Band, war ein Song, der die Essenz des Eurodance einfing. Aufgrund der der Popularität des Genres, als der Song 1994 veröffentlicht wurde, wurde er sowohl national als auch international ein Hit.
2 Brothers on the 4th Floor bauten ihren Erfolg mit den Singles »Fly (Through the Starry Night)«, »Come Take My Hand« und »Fairytales«, wobei sie ihren Stil in Richtung Happy Hardcore änderten. Diese Singles erreichten die Spitze der Charts in verschiedenen europäischen Ländern.
