Nach dem Erfolg der Leadsingle »Slow Jamz« erreichte das Album Anfang 2004 die Spitze der US Billboard 200 Charts. Es verkaufte sich in der ersten Verkaufswoche 312.000 Mal und erhielt allgemein positive Kritiken. Es ist Twistas erfolgreichstes Album und wurde von der RIAA mit Platin ausgezeichnet.
