Es ist eine Mischung aus Thin Lizzy, 90er-Jahre-Power-Pop und melodiegetriebenem Punk und zeigt einen künstlerischen Höhepunkt, der aus der Not geboren wurde.
Der Sound eines Mannes, der ein Leben lang Erfahrungen, Geschichten und Charaktere aus der amerikanischen Arbeiterklasse verarbeitete. Produziert von Tuk und abgemischt von Chris Dugan (Green Day, Iggy Pop, U2), wurde Rogue To Redemption in den letzten drei Jahren geschrieben, aber auf den Punkt genau aufgenommen - bis zum Sommer 2024. Zusammen mit seinen langjährigen Weggefährten von Restless Hearts, dem Schlagzeuger Nigel Dupree und dem Bassisten Matthew »Ponyboy« Curtis, hat er den Großteil des Albums zu Hause aufgenommen.
