Vor 20 Jahren kam der Film »Trainspotting« weltweit in die Kinos. Das schottische Drama von Regisseur Danny Boyle nach dem gleichnamigen Roman von Irvine Welsh hat heute längst Kultstatus erreicht.
Dasselbe gilt für die Musik zum Film. Mit »Trainspotting« wird der legendäre erste Originalsoundtrack 2016 neu aufgelegt, und zwar auf Doppel-LP.
Dabei handelt es sich um eine Sammlung von insgesamt 14 Songs auf zwei LPs. Mit dabei sind Rock- und Poplegenden wir Iggy Pop, Brian Eno, Lou Reed, Primal Scream, Underworld und viele mehr.
