The String Theory is a collective/orchestra (with roots in Berlin, LA and Gothenberg) who create neo-classical and electronic music; originally the brainchild of composers Ben Lauber and PC Nackt; Nackt has also produced an album for fellow Berliner band Apparat and composed a film score for Wim Wenders »Hollywood Calling«, guest vocalist Addie Hamilton is a Los Angeles based singer influenced by 1930-60's jazz/swing/R&B
Last album with Sekou Andrews was nominated for a 2020 Grammy for »Best Spoken Word Performance«. Past collaborations have included working with Sekou Andrews, Jose Gonzalez, Wildbirds & Peacedrums, Ebbot Lundberg (The Soundtrack of Our Lives), El Perro Del Mar, etc.
