Gold Coast was a short-lived Florida (USA) label, which only released small quantities of a very few records on vinyl format. Spunk is definitely the best late funk issue on the label Gold Coast. Producer Jesse Boyce became later known of his productions on the Prelude label (Bill Brandon, Saturday Night Band, Lorraine Johnson). Producer Rich Tufo worked closely together with Curtis Mayfield on the famous imprint Curtom. First time ever available on CD!
