All this Noise ist das neue Album der Hamburger Indie Pop Band Small Fires, die seit 2015 besteht. Mit ausgewählten Mitteln erschafft das deutsch-britische Trio eine atmosphärische Mischung aus Indie-Pop und Elektronik.
Es geht ihnen um Melodien, um Songs und die Verbindung von elektronischen und akustischen Klängen. Über pulsierenden Rhythmen und treibenden Bässen schwebt ein in Hall und Echos getränkter Gitarrensound.
Hier und da blitzen Knisterbeats und Synthesizer auf. Zusammen mit den erzählerischen Texten des Sängers aus Coventry (UK) entstehen kleine aber dennoch große Songs. Small is beautiful.
