Seine Debütsingle »That's My Goal‹ war 2005 der Weihnachtshit Nr. 1, hielt sich vier Wochen lang an der Spitze der Charts und verkaufte sich 2 Millionen Mal - bis heute eine der zwanzig meistverkauften Debütsingles aller Zeiten.
Das Debütalbum stieg im April auf Platz 1 der Charts ein und verkaufte sich in der ersten Woche 200.000 Mal. Seitdem hatte Shayne drei weitere Top-40-Hits und drei weitere Hit-Alben.
