Diese Kompilation enthält seine ersten vier Reprise-LPs, »The Wham Of Sam« (1961), »Sammy Davis Jr. Belts Out The Best Of Broadway« (1962), »The Sammy Davis Jr. All Star Spectacular« (1962) und »What Kind Of Fool Am I And Other Show-Stoppers« (1962). Ebenfalls enthalten sind seine Non-Album-Singles aus dieser Zeit, vor allem »One More Time (A Tribute To Ray Charles)«, »Everybody Calls Me Joe«, »Me And My Shadow« (ein Duett mit Frank Sinatra), »Sam's Song« (mit Dean Martin) und »As Long As She Needs Me«.
