Das Debütalbum von Rag’n’Bone Man
Nach drei EPs gibt es 2017 das mit Spannung erwartete Debütalbum von Rag’n’Bone Man. »Human« heißt der erste Longplayer des britischen Sängers, genauso wie die Single, mit der er gleich mehrfach Platz eins der Charts belegte, unter anderem auch in Deutschland.
Der Song handelt von den menschlichen Schwächen und zeigt eindrucksvoll, was wir von dem Erstling des Newcomers erwarten dürfen: Südstaatenbluessounds treffen auf groovenden Soul und eine unglaubliche Reibeisenstimme, die einem sofort eine Gänsehaut verpasst.
Insgesamt haben es zwölf Tracks auf »Human« geschafft. Um die Produktion kümmerten sich abwechselnd Two Inch Punch (Damon Albarn, Brian Eno), Jonny Coffer (Beyoncé, All Saints, Weezer) und Mark Crew (Bastille, The Wombats).
