The Blu-Ray was developed as a high-definition successor to the DVD and offers a significantly increased data rate and storage capacity compared to its predecessor. Blu-Rays can therefore store movies with significantly better resolution and offer enormously high picture quality on corresponding screens. Blu-Ray players are usually backward compatible with DVDs, so that they can also be played.

»Im vergangenen Jahr sorgte Miley Cyrus mit ihrem Sony Music-Debütalbum ›Bangerz‹ sowie den Hitsingles ›Wrecking Ball‹ und ›We Can't Stop‹ für Furore in den internationalen Charts (u.a. Platz eins in Großbritannien und den USA, Platz eins der iTunes-Charts in siebzig Ländern) und stellte neue Streaming-Rekorde auf. Alleine in den USA verkauften sich die Singles des Albums mehr als sieben Millionen Mal. Für weltweite Schlagzeilen sorgten zudem ihre spektakulären Auftritte bei Award- und TV-Show – und nicht zuletzt ihre achtzig Konzerte umfassende ›Bangerz‹-Welttour. Die Konzertreise führte sie vom 14. Februar bis 23. Oktober 2014 nach Europa, Australien, Nord- und Südamerika.
Am 20. März erscheint unter dem Titel ›Bangerz Tour‹ eine Live-DVD, die in Barcelona und Lissabon mitgeschnitten wurde und neben Songs ihres Grammy-nominierten Albums ›Bangerz‹ (u.a. ›SMS (Bangerz)‹, ›4x4‹, ›Love Money Party‹, ›FU‹, ›We Can't Stop‹ und ›Get It Right‹) u.a. auch ihren 2009er-Hit ›Party In The USA‹ sowie Country-fizierte Coverversionen des Outkast-Hits ›Hey Ya!‹ und des Dolly Parton-Klassikers ›Jolene‹ enthält. Fans können sich überdies auf umfangreiches Behind-The-Scenes-Material freuen.«
