Metallica-Fans aufgepasst: 2018 präsentieren die Thrash-Metal-Ikonen ein remastertes Reissue von »The 5.98 E.P.-Garage Days Re-Revisited«, und zwar auf CD, MC und Vinyl.
»The 5.98 E.P.-Garage Days Re-Revisited« ist die erste EP von Metallica. Sie erschien ursprünglich bereits im Oktober 1987 als Nachfolger von »Master Of Puppets«. In Deutschland erreichte sie sogar die Top 20 der Charts.
Es handelt sich dabei eine Sammlung von Coversongs mit Stücken von Diamond Head, Holocaust, Killing Joke, Budgie und The Misfits. Die fünf Songs landeten später auch auf dem »Garage Inc.«-Doppelalbum.
Jetzt beglücken uns Metallica allerdings mit dem Originalformat von 1987: Hier ist »The 5.98 E.P.-Garage Days Re-Revisited«.
