Die finnische Power-Metal-Truppe Metal De Facto kehrt 2026 mit »Land Of The Rising Sun - Part II« zurück, dem nächsten Kapitel ihrer epischen Hommage an die Geschichte, Kultur und Mythologie Japans. Aufbauend auf ihrem Debüt »Imperium Romanum« (2019) und dem ersten »Rising Sun«-Album liefert die Band nun ihr bisher kraftvollstes, dynamischstes und reifstes Werk ab.
Produziert und gemischt von Esa Orjatsalo, zeichnet sich das Album durch einen natürlichen, organischen Sound, wuchtige Drums, lebendige Gitarrenarbeit und eine breite, filmische Produktion aus. Die musikalischen Einflüsse reichen von Helloween, Gamma Ray, Stratovarius bis hin zu Anklängen an Pink Floyd, Queensrÿche und moderner Heaviness. Gastmusiker Ryoji Shinomoto (Ruyjin) steuert authentische japanische Instrumente bei und schlägt so eine Brücke zwischen östlicher Tradition und westlichem Power Metal.
