Dazu inspiriert wurde die geschätzte Künstlerin durch ihre Heimat Ontario in Kanada. Dort nahm McKennitt im letzten Sommer zehn eigene Songs traditionell-keltischer Musik auf. Alles Stücke aus der Frühphase ihrer Karriere, die nun erstmals aufgenommen wurden. Ein Fest für alle Fans klassischer Folk-Musik und für alle Loreena-McKennitt-Fans ohnehin.
