Es erreichte Platz 9 der Billboard Album Charts und blieb in den Charts für 110 Wochen. Im Jahr 2003 wurde das Album auf Platz 159 der Liste der 500 besten Alben aller Zeiten des Rolling Stone Magazins platziert.
