Wir leben schon in außergewöhnlichen Zeiten. Das wissen scheinbar auch James. Die britischen Alternative-Rock-Ikonen präsentieren 2018 ihr 15. Studioalbum »Living in Extraordinary Times«. Ihr letztes Album »Girl At The End Of The World« von 2016 erreichte in ihrer Heimat Großbritannien Platz zwei der Charts.
Insgesamt zwölf neue Songs hat die Band für die Platte aufgenommen, darunter auch die erste Single »Hank«, die einiges vom Album erwarten lässt.
Ein weiteres Highlight ist der Gastauftritt von Brian Eno, der schon mehrfach mit James kollaborierte, zuletzt beim Vorgängeralbum.
