Der Titeltrack des Albums, »Get On The Good Foot«, wurde als zweiteilige Single veröffentlicht, die im Juli 1972 die Billboard R&B-Charts auf Platz 1 anführte und in den Pop-Charts auf Platz 18 stieg.
