For the tenth time, they are raising the curtains to a new album full of Finnish melancholy, haunting melodies, and ferocious melodic death — “Netherworlds” will see the light of autumn in October 2026. Produziert von Miiro Varjus sowie gemischt und gemastert von Jens Bogren (At The Gates, Arch Enemy, Kreator, The Halo Effect, Dark Tranquillity…), präsentiert sich die Band auf diesem neuen Werk so dynamisch und cineastisch wie nie zuvor; zudem ist es das erste Album mit Gitarrist Tomy Laisto. Das düstere und zugleich opulente Artwork stammt von Travis Smith (Opeth, Amorphis, Devin Townsend…) und lädt dazu ein, tief in die für INSOMNIUM typische Melancholie einzutauchen.
