Anstatt sich stark auf Gangsta-Rap zu konzentrieren, machte Ice-T seine Probleme mit dem ersten Zusatzartikel zur Verfassung der Vereinigten Staaten zum dominierenden Thema des Albums.
Der Opener "Shut Up, Be Happy" mit Dead Kennedys Jello Biafra gibt den Ton des Albums vor. Es gibt aber auch ein paar Beispiele für erstklassigen Gangsta-Rap - darunter "The Hunted Child" und das schaurige "Peel Their Caps Back" sowie einige humoristische Raps auf "My Word Is Bond" und "The Girl Tried to Kill Me".
