Die amerikanische Thrash-Metal-Band Flotsam & Jetsam veröffentlichte ihr zweites Studioalbum »No Place For Disgrace« im Jahr 1988. Es war ihr erstes Album, das sie bei einem Major-Label, Elektra Records, veröffentlichten. Angeführt wurde die Band von Frontmann und Sänger Eric »A. K.« Knutson und ist seit Anfang der Achtziger Jahre aktiv. Die Band ist seit 1984 unter ihrem heutigen Namen bekannt, startete aber unter den Namen Paradox, Dredlox und Dogz.
»No Place For Disgrace« wurde von Bill Metoyer produziert, der unter anderem auch für Slayer, Hirax und Morbid Angel gearbeitet hat. Das Album enthält den bekannten Titeltrack, »Dreams of Death« und »Saturday Night's Alright«. Drei der enthaltenen Tracks (»No Place For Disgrace«, »N. E. Terror« und »I Live You Die«) wurden von Jason Newsted (Metallica) mitgeschrieben.
