David Soul wurde erstmals als Hutch in der erfolgreichen US-Fernsehsendung Starsky & Hutch aus den 1970er Jahren international bekannt. Aber er begann seine Karriere tatsächlich als Folksänger und nach dem phänomenalen Erfolg der Fernsehsendung.
Ab 1977 veröffentlichte David Soul über einen Zeitraum von fünf Jahren vier Alben mit Hits wie »Don't Give Up On Us, Baby« und »Silver Lady«, die beide die Nummer 1 in den britischen Charts erreichten. Diese Veröffentlichung enthält auch Davids spätere Aufnahmen. Diese Compilation umfasst 14 Tracks, die Davids Karriere umfassen - darunter »Going In With My Eyes Open« (UK 2), »Let's Have A Quiet Night In« (UK 8) und »It Sure Brings Out The Love In Your Eyes« (UK) 12), plus die beiden Nummer 1 Singles »Don't Give On Us« und »Silver Lady«.
