Daniel Lopatin (aka Oneohtrix Point Never) setzt seine Zusammenarbeit mit den Safdie-Brüdern bei deren neuen Film »Uncut Gems« fort, nachdem er für »Good Time« (Regie: Josh & Benny Safdie) bei den Filmfestspielen in Cannes 2017 mit dem »Best Soundtrack Award« ausgezeichnet wurde.

»Uncut Gems«, ein hypnotischer Krimithriller mit Adam Sandler in der Hauptrolle (ferner NBA-Spieler Kevin Garnett & Abel Tesfaye aka The Weeknd), wurde auf Filmfestivals in Telluride, Toronto und New York von Publikum und Kritikern frenetisch abgefeiert und kommt Mitte Dezember 2019 in die US-Kinos.
