The album has been fully remastered and includes new liner notes from guitarist Mick Geggus The Wild Ones was the Cockney Rejects attempt at a full on Rock album. The results proved to be far better than anyone expected, making for a well-made, blistering Rock record (it was produced by Pete Way of UFO). However Punk Rock fans at the time disliked their new Rock sound and Rock fans didn’t like these Punks attempt at making A Rock album. The resulting fall out meant that the band returned to their Punk Rock roots soon after. The Cockney Rejects are still recording and touring and this this album serves as an important piece of the Cockney Rejects history.
