Hand On Heart - Die Punk-Legenden Cock Sparrer kündigen ihr 8. und letztes Album auf Vinyl, Splatter-Vinyl, Picture Disc, CD, Kassette und in digitalen Formaten an! 2024 veröffentlichen Cock Sparrer ihr 8. (und letztes!) Studioalbum ˜Hand On Heart. Niemand (die Band eingeschlossen) hat nach dem hervorragenden ˜Forever-Album von 2017 mit neuen Songs gerechnet. Aber Lockdown kam und mit viel Zeit und viel zu sagen hat die Band ihr bisher stärkstes Album aufgenommen. 10 neue Songs, alle mit dem typischen hymnischen Sound, für den Sparrer bekannt sind, mit ein paar Überraschungen, die sie einstreuen. Hooks, Melodien, starke Mob-Chöre und Streicher-Arrangeur Simon Dobson (Bring Me The Horizon / Mike Oldfield), der einem Track etwas Klassisches und Einzigartiges hinzufügt, das einem die Nackenhaare aufstellt. Die Band hatte schon immer großartige Songs, aber normalerweise ging das Studiobudget den Bach runter! Nicht so bei ˜Hand On Heart. Produziert von James Bragg und Gitarrist Daryl Smith, holten sie den 2022 mit einem Grammy ausgezeichneten UK Mastering Engineer of the year, Kevin Tuffy, für das finale Mastering. Das Ergebnis ist das bestklingende Album ihrer 52-jährigen Karriere.
