Christine Perfect, später bekannt als Christine McVie, veröffentlichte 1970 ihr gleichnamiges Debüt-Soloalbum. Es wurde veröffentlicht, kurz nachdem sie ihre Band Chicken Shack verlassen hatte und kurz bevor sie eine der drei Leadsängerinnen und die Keyboarderin von Fleetwood Mac werden sollte.
Das Album enthält eine Coverversion von Etta James' Song »I'd Rather Go Blind«, der zuvor auch ein Hit für Chicken Shack gewesen war, und ist mit den Fleetwood Mac-Mitgliedern Danny Kirwan und John McVie besetzt.
