Electronic Opus (Blu-ray Audio)
The Blu-ray Audio Disc (also Pure Audio Blu-ray) is technically a normal Blu-ray Disc and can be played on any Blu-ray player. However, it does not contain any video content. The high storage capacity is used for high-resolution audio data (stereo and surround, up to 24 bit/192 kHz). It is operated either without a screen like a conventional CD or via the onscreen menu like a normal Blu-ray disc.

Das Projekt »Electronic Opus« wurde dank der Unterstützung von 2.177 Fans aus aller Welt in einer Kickstarter-Kampagne erst möglich. Parallel zur CD erscheint das Werk auch als Blu-ray Audio mit insgesamt drei Soundformaten, darunter das brandneue und atemberaubende 9.1 Auro-3D-Format, sowie das bislang gängige 5.1 DTS-HD-Format. Die Abmischung erfolgte durch den bekannten Videospiel-Komponisten Tommy Tallarico.
