Frenzy of the Meeting ist das aktuelle Album der vielfach ausgezeichneten Schottischen Folk Band Breabach. Es wurde im Juni 2018 über den Zeitraum von einer Woche live aufgenommen.
Ziel war es, die rohe Essenz der Energie, die bei Liveauftritten entsteht, einzufangen und die musikalische Dynamik zu bewahren. Im Studio folgte dann eine Zeit mit Fokus auf Experimenten und der klanglichen Produktion.
Frenzy of the Meeting wurde produziert in Zusammenarbeit mit Eamon Doorley (Julie Fowlis, Danu) und technisch bearbeitet von Ian Hutchison, das atemberaubende Artwork stammt von Somhairle Macdonald.
