Nach der Veröffentlichung zweier von den Fans und Kritikern gleichermaßen gefeierten Progressive Death Metal Alben, nämlich »Wreckage Of Stars« (2014) und dessen Nachfolger »Selves We Cannot Forgive« (2016), haben Black Crown Initiate nun die Veröffentlichung ihrer neuen Platte »Violent Portraits Of Doomed Escape« angekündigt.
Aufgenommen und produziert wurde das aktuelle Glanzstück von Carson Slovak und Grant McFarland, welche unter anderem bereits für Bands wie Rivers Of Nihil, August Burns Red and Lorna Shore gearbeitet haben. Die Band verkündet deshalb stolz »Wir haben alles, was wir haben, in dieses neue Album gesteckt und können es nicht erwarten euch dieses endlich zu präsentieren. (…)«
