Robert Coyne, Sohn des britischen Rockmusikers, Maler und Autoren Kevin Coyne (†2004), lebt und arbeitet in London. Bands, mit denen er auftritt sind außer seiner Rock Band, die Kevin Coyne-Band, Eric Burdon, Silver Chapter, Scientists, Venus Ray, Electrocuting Elvis, Barracudas, Scoundrelles, Amy Rigby, u. v.m. Hier liegt nun sein Solo-Debütalbum vor. Coyne begleitet sich selbst, meist auf der akustischen Gitarre, manchmal am 1960's Fender Rhodes Electric Piano.
