Das zweite Mac Miller-Album aus 2013 mit den Singles »S.D.S.« und »Watching Movies«, das in den Albumcharts #3 in den USA und #50 in Deutschland erreichte.

»Watching Movies with the Sound Off« war Mac Millers zweites Studioalbum, das eine monumentale Veränderung seines Sounds und seiner kreativen Richtung gegenüber seinen Blue-Side-Park-Tagen markierte. »The Star Room (OG Version)« wurde vor etwa zehn Jahren inoffiziell über Macs soziale Medien/SoundCloud veröffentlicht, hat aber nun einen offiziellen Auftritt auf dem Album. Der Track basiert auf dem Wes-Anderson-Film Moonrise Kingdom aus dem Jahr 2012, der als einer von Macs Lieblingsfilmen bekannt ist.

"Aber wer zum Teufel ist bloß Mac Miller?" Nachdem Mac letztes Jahr zwischen-zeitlich sogar Platz #1 der deutschen iTunes-Charts mit seinem Album "Blue Slide Park" belegte - in den Staaten landete es sogar auf Platz #1 der offiziellen Billboard-Charts - veröffentlicht er im Juni endlich den Nachfolger "Watching Movies With The Sound Off"!
