Als Gäste konnte Joe Bonamassa Classic Rock-Legende Paul Rodgers (Bad Company, Free, Queen) und American Music Award-Gewinner John Hiatt gewinnen. Auch mit von der Partie ist Beth Hart, mit der Joe Bonamassa im September 2011 das Top 20 Album "Don't Explain" veröffentlichte. Gemeinsam performen sie die Single "I'll Take Care Of You" und den Ray Charles Klassiker "Sinner's Prayer".

Beacon Theatre: Live From New York was captured by the same producers and directors who filmed the highly successful “Live At Royal Albert Hall” released in 2009. Bonamassa has been on a roll selling out historic theatres throughout Europe and the USA during 2011 before capturing his best on film during two nights on Friday, November 4, 2011 and Saturday, November 5, 2011 at the Beacon Theatre.
