Product Information:
Filmed at The Point in Dublin in 1990, this concert captures Jason Donovan at the very peak of his success, following the release of his second album “Between The Lines” in May of that year. He was already a record breaker in the UK being the first Australian to simultaneously hold the No. 1 spot in both the albums & singles charts and the youngest artist ever to go straight to No. 1. By the time of the concert he’d had 8 Top 10 singles in the UK (incl 3 No. 1s & 2 No. 2s) and in Ireland he had just had an unprecedented sequence of 5 consecutive No. 1 singles, part of a sequence of 13 Top 10 singles in three years – another record. Following this incredible run of success Jason Donovan has gone on to prove himself as an actor and as a major star of Musical theatre with leading roles in “Joseph & The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat”, “The Rocky Horror Show”, “Chitty Chitty Bang Bang” & “Sweeney Todd”. Starring in “Priscilla, Queen Of The Desert” in the West End.
