Als Spiegelbild ihres Musikstudiums ließ sich Evans bei der Produktion von Faithfully von einer Vielzahl klassischer R&B-, Pop-, Rock- und Jazz-Künstler wie Chicago, S. O.S. Band, Ella Fitzgerald und Sarah Vaughn inspirieren.
