The SACD uses a higher digital resolution than the audio CD and also offers the possibility to store multi-channel sound (surround sound). To enjoy the music in high-end quality, a special SACD player is required. Thanks to the hybrid function, most of the products marked "SACD" in our store can also be played on conventional CD players. In this case, however, the sound does not differ from that of a normal CD. In case of deviations, we point this out separately (non-hybrid).

The epic has been among the most popular and enduring of all film genres, and some of the finest examples of the music composed to help create the historical and imaginary worlds of the silver screen are featured in this Telarc collection of Epics by Erich Kunzel and the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra.
The legendary Erich Kunzel has been conducting the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra since 1965 and the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra since its inception in 1977. He has since led the ensemble to unprecedented success with music lovers worldwide who have discovered the CPO through its performances, television programs and best-selling Telarc recordings. His previous Telarc release, Got Swing!, features popular American music from the 1930s and 1940s.
