Auf dieser Doppel-CD haben wir 40 Weihnachts-Titel zusammengetragen. Neben den Country-Stars wie Johnny Cash, Faron Young, Little Jimmy Dickens, Gene Autry und George Jones, sind hier auch Folkmusiker wie Harry Belafonte, The Weavers, The Kingston Trio und Burl Ives vertreten. In den 1940er und 1950er Jahren war es noch nicht üblich, dass diese Art der Musik massenweise auf den Markt geworfen wurde, Ausnahmen sind Bing Crosby (White Christmas) und Gene Autry (Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer). Also sind auf diesem Sampler einige Raritäten verewigt worden. Ab den 1960er Jahren war es Gang und Gäbe, dass erfolgreiche Popstars eine Weihnachtsplatte aufnahmen.
