Ching King Kong ist ein Meister im Kung-Fu, er hat im Kampf mehrere Menschen getötet. Aus diesem Grund wird er jetzt im ganzen Land steckbrieflich gesucht. Auf der Flucht erkrankt er an einer Seuche, die nur mit dem geheimnisvollen Drachenkraut geheilt werden kann. In einem kleinen Bergdorf findet er Unterschlupf und trifft dort auf marodierende japanische Soldaten, die von Zakato angeführt werden. Sie sind ebenfalls auf der Suche nach dem Drachenkraut, denn sie brauchen es, um von der Regierung die Freilassung zweier Mörder zu erzwingen. Aber Ching King Kong stellt sich gegen die Besatzer, und ein gnadenloser, brutaler Kampf entbrennt. Am Ende treffen Zakato und Ching King Kong bei einem letzten Gefecht aufeinander.
