SUZUME erzählt die Coming-of-Age-Geschichte der gleichnamigen Titelheldin, die sich auf ein gefährliches Abenteuer einlassen muss, um großes Unglück zu verhindern. Gemeinsam mit dem jungen Souta muss sie versuchen diese Portale um jeden Preis zu schließen, um weitere Verwüstungen unermesslichen Ausmaßes zu verhindern. Die epische, ungewöhnliche Reise durch atemberaubende neue Welten ist auch die Reise einer jungen Frau auf dem Weg in das Erwachsenenleben.
