As the successor to the Blu-ray Disc, the Ultra HD Blu-ray is an optical data storage device for movies in ultra-high definition format. The eponymous Ultra HD resolution is a maximum of 3840 × 2160 pixels. In contrast to its predecessor, it also supports a higher contrast range, a higher refresh rate and a larger color space. Normal Blu-ray players cannot play the new media. Ultra HD Blu-ray-capable devices are usually backward compatible.
Blu-Ray DiscThe Blu-Ray was developed as a high-definition successor to the DVD and offers a significantly increased data rate and storage capacity compared to its predecessor. Blu-Rays can therefore store movies with significantly better resolution and offer enormously high picture quality on corresponding screens. Blu-Ray players are usually backward compatible with DVDs, so that they can also be played.

Der Drogenkrieg beherrscht seit Jahren den Grenzbereich zwischen Arizona und Mexiko. Nachdem die idealistische FBI-Agentin Kate Macy im Geheimversteck eines Drogenkartells einen grausamen Fund macht, meldet sie sich zu einer internationalen Task-Force um Jagd auf die Drahtzieher zu machen. Ihr erster Einsatz führt Kate direkt in das umkämpfte Grenzgebiet, wo sich ein routinierter Gefangenentransfer innerhalb von Sekunden als gefährlicher Hinterhalt entpuppt. Nur durch die Hilfe des ebenso skrupellosen wie kampferprobten Söldners Alejandro kann sie entkommen. Bei der nächsten Geheimoperation trifft sie Alejandro wieder, der wie sie Bestandteil einer Spezialeinheit ist. Doch bald wird klar, dass er zusammen mit anderen Mitstreitern eigene Pläne verfolgt. Kates moralische Überzeugungen werden einer harten Prüfung unterzogen, als die Grenzen zwischen Gut und Böse im Laufe der Operation zusehends verschwimmen...
