In einem Vergnügungspark soll der größte Drogendeal Asiens zwischen SAN, dem Boß des Hongkong-Syndikats und CHAI, einem Drogenhändler der Mafia abgewickelt werden. Aber die Polizei hat einen heißen Tip erhalten und stellt eine Falle. Doch plötzlich taucht ein unbekanntes junges Mädchen auf, und die großangelegte Operation schlägt fehl. Es kommt zum tödlichen Schußwechsel und die Gangster können im allgemeinen Chaos entkommen. SAN ist davon überzeugt, daß CHAI die Polizei informiert hat und schickt seine Killer aus, um ihn zu töten. Von Kugeln durchsiebt stirbt Chai in den Armen seines Sohnes RICK, der blutige Rache schwört...
