Auf einer Karibikinsel soll gegen den Willen der Ureinwohner ein Atomkraftwerk errichtet werden. Die Inselbewohner wehren sich gegen den Plan und gründen eine kleine geheime Widerstandsgruppe unter der Leitung ihrer Liebesgöttin Papaya, einer tropischen Schönheit. Diese umgarnt nach und nach die Ingenieure des Projekts mit dem Ziel, Informationen über das geplante Kraftwerk zu sammeln. Kurz darauf werden diese brutal ermordet. Die grausamen Verstümmelungen an den Leichen weisen auf Kannibalismus hin. Auch die investigative Journalistin Sara ist auf dem Inselparadies auf Ferien, beginnt aber allmählich zu ermitteln und wird in einen Strudel bisexueller Ekstase und Drogen gerissen.
