Der Auftragskiller Kai Kahale fliegt nach Bangkok, besorgt sich eine Waffe und bestellt ein Taxi. Er bietet der Taxifahrerin Fha viel Geld an, damit sie die ganze Nacht für ihn fährt. Doch als sie merkt, dass Kai bei jedem Halt brutale Morde begeht, ist es zu spät, um noch wegzulaufen. Währenddessen versucht ein Polizist verzweifelt die Serie der Morde zu entschlüsseln, bevor noch mehr Blut vergossen wird.
