The Blu-Ray was developed as a high-definition successor to the DVD and offers a significantly increased data rate and storage capacity compared to its predecessor. Unmittelbar nach Beginn eines Polizeistreiks in New York bilden sich illegale paramilitärische Gruppen, die ihre eigene Auffassung von Recht und Gesetz durchsetzen wollen. Eine von einem gewissen Cabe geführte Abteilung, die sich New Order - die Neue Ordnung nennt, dringt in eine Homosexuellen-Bar ein, provoziert einen Gewaltakt und ermordet kaltblütig den Barkeeper. Alle Augenzeugen des Verbrechens werden anschliessend umgebracht. Daniel ist der Einzige, dersich vor den Verfolgern retten kann. Dieser organisiert sich mit Freunden und ist entschlossen, die »New Order«- Leute Mann für Mann zur Strecke zu bringen.
