Der Hollywood-Actionfilmstar Rafe Stoker hat 130.000 Dollar seines eigenen Geldes in seine eigene Produktion gesteckt, kann aber keine legale Finanzierung für die Fertigstellung des Films finden. Sein mit der Mafia verbundener Investor verlangt eine exorbitante Summe an Sicherheiten und eine Garantie, dass Rafe innerhalb von vier Wochen einen kommerziell akzeptablen Film abliefert, und heuert dann eine Bande von Psycho-Bikern an, um den Film zu sabotieren, damit er Stokers Sicherheiten einkassiert. Als ob ein verschrobener örtlicher Cop und schlechtes Wetter die Produktion nicht schon genug verlangsamen würden, beschließt Crazy Harvey, Rafe aus dem Film zu nehmen, nachdem dieser ihn einmal zu oft vorgeführt hat.
