The Blu-Ray was developed as a high-definition successor to the DVD and offers a significantly increased data rate and storage capacity compared to its predecessor. Blu-Rays can therefore store movies with significantly better resolution and offer enormously high picture quality on corresponding screens. Blu-Ray players are usually backward compatible with DVDs, so that they can also be played.
DVDMost of the offered DVDs have the region code 2 for Europe and the PAL picture format. However, we also offer releases from the USA, which come on the market in NTSC format and with the country code 1. This is then indicated in our item details.
CD (Compact Disc)Conventional CD, playable with all CD players and computer drives, but also with most SACD or multiplayers.

Der brave Landbursche Claude Bukowski reist nach New York City, um sich mustern zu lassen und in den Vietnamkrieg zu ziehen. Bevor er jedoch seinen Dienst an der Waffe antritt, hat er noch ein paar Tage Zeit, um die Millionenstadt zu erkunden. Im Central Park trifft er auf eine Gruppe Hippies, angeführt von dem sympathischen, freiheitsliebenden Berger. Angezogen vom Lebensgefühl der Blumenkinder, erlebt Claude ein paar aufregende Tage im Flower-Power-Rausch, lernt die Vorzüge einer alternativen Lebensweise kennen und verliebt sich in die schöne Millionärstochter Sheila. Doch der Wehrdienst duldet keinen Aufschub und der Krieg ist noch lange nicht vorbei ...
