The Blu-Ray was developed as a high-definition successor to the DVD and offers a significantly increased data rate and storage capacity compared to its predecessor. Blu-Rays can therefore store movies with significantly better resolution and offer enormously high picture quality on corresponding screens. Blu-Ray players are usually backward compatible with DVDs, so that they can also be played.

Das Monster, das der Arzt Dr. Frankenstein aus Leichenteilen zusammengesetzt hat, lebt unter uns und mordet aus Gier nach Leben und Sex. Nur durch einen Zufall kommt ein Reporter einer großen Zeitung dem verborgenen Treiben Frankensteins auf die Schliche, nachdem seine Schwester wegen einer Herztransplantation stirbt, weil ein Unbekannter das Serum, das ein Abstoßen des neuen Organs verhindern sollte, gestohlen hatte. Schritt für Schritt dringt der Reporter in eine Welt des Grauens ein. Aber selbst als Frankenstein nach einem dramatischen Kampf von dem Monster auf bestialische Weise umgebracht wird, hören die Morde nicht auf. Denn immer wieder kann sich der Unmensch dem Zugriff der Polizei entziehen!
