Blu-Rays can therefore store movies with significantly better resolution and offer enormously high picture quality on corresponding screens. Der gewalttätige Restaurantangestellte Kai wird von seinem Boss in flagranti mit dessen Frau erwischt. Er tötet beide auf brutale Weise und flieht Hals über Kopf nach Südafrika, wo er als Koch untertaucht. Als er eine Südafrikanerin vergewaltigt, infiziert er sich mit Ebola. Da er selbst immun gegen das Virus ist, kehrt der Sadist Kai ungehindert nach Hongkong zurück und löst dort skrupellos eine tödliche Epidemie aus.
