John flieht aus dem Gefängnis Richtung Westen, um seinen Jägern in der Weite der Prärie zu entkommen. Auf seiner Flucht trifft er auf eine Bande Outlaws, die am Yucca Pass ihr Unwesen treiben. Er schließt sich kurzerhand den Banditen an. Bald muss er jedoch erkennen, dass Mord an der Tagesordnung ist, wenn es darum geht Gegner aus dem Weg zu räumen.
