Blu-Rays can therefore store movies with significantly better resolution and offer enormously high picture quality on corresponding screens. Blu-Ray players are usually backward compatible with DVDs, so that they can also be played.

Im Jahr 1913 lebt der Amerikaner O’Flynn in Deutsch-Ostafrika als Wilderer und jagt Elefanten für ihre Stoßzähne. Er nimmt den ahnungslosen Engländer Sebastian Oldsmith mit auf die Jagd, obwohl er ihn zuvor bestohlen hatte. Zwischen Konflikten mit dem deutschen Kommandanten Fleischer und dem Beginn des Ersten Weltkriegs verliebt sich Oldsmith in O’Flynns Tochter Rosa. Gemeinsam werden sie zu Spionen für die Engländer, um den Verbleib des deutschen Kreuzers Blücher zu ermitteln.
