Arizona 1870: Nachdem Dracula, unterwegs im Wilden Westen, versehentlich die Tochter eines Zigeunerpaares beinahe ausgetrunken hat, schwören ihm die Eltern Rache, weswegen er sich auf eine längere Postkutschenfahrt zwecks neuer Opfersuche begibt. So wird er auf Betty Bentley aufmerksam, die auf der Double Bar B Ranch arbeitet - darum nimmt der Vampir also die Identität von Bettys Onkel Jim Underhill an und beginnt seine Horrorregime. Was Dracula allerdings nicht weiß ist das Bettys momentaner Verlobter kein geringerer ist als William H. Bonney, genannt Billy the Kid - und der ist dem Blutsauger bald auf der Spur.
