Die 15-jährige Yamada hat nach ihrem Wechsel auf die Oberschule vorrangig ein Ziel: Um endlich ihr Jungfrau-Dasein zu beenden, möchte sie 100 Jungs als Sexfreunde, die alle ein rein oberflächliches Verhältnis mit ihr eingehen sollen. Ein erstes »Opfer« hat sie schnell gefunden - ihren Mitschüler Takashi Kosuda, ebenfalls noch Jungfrau. Doch der versteht nicht ganz, was Yamada eigentlich von ihm möchte.
